With years of experience in building and designing in Nicaragua. Our team is led by design architect Elena Denning and consists of licensed engineers.  We believe in always providing passion and transparency through every step of the project.  We provide services from concept to completion to ensure a beautifully designed and engineered home with every detail thought of.  We have designed and built homes in San Juan Del Sur and Tola Nicaragua including the neighborhoods of Pacific Marlin, Rancho Santana, El Encanto and Big Sky Ranch.
